Enrolling in a Course
The Distance Learning staff enrolls all students in their courses. This is done after you register for your classroom. You will be able to access your classroom on the first day of the quarter by following the Getting Started link above.
Using the Discussion Board- This document was created with Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader you may download it from the Adobe website.
The Discussion Board is the area where every member of the class will be able to read and respond to messages posted by the instructor and other class members. This feature is designed for asynchronous use. This means everyone does not have to be available at the same time to have a conversation. Some instructors choose not to use this feature, so if you don't have it in your online classroom that is why.
To learn how to access the discussion board, post messages and participate in class discussions, follow the link above.
