DISSECTION OF THE MUSCLES OF THE CAT Using the link buttons to the left you can access brief dissection instructions and photographs of the cat muscles you will be required to dissect and identify. You are required to read and look carefully at these descriptions before you come to lab. This helps you not only to learn the structures more efficiently but also insures that you will make fewer mistakes in your dissection during lab (remember that you are graded on your cat dissection). In the dissection instructions all required muscles and structures are indicated in blue and most ca be observed by clicking on the appropriate thumbnails in order for you to see what a properly completed dissection of that muscle should look like.
