Washington State Art Commission: Arts in Education
The Washington State Arts Commission was established in 1961 for the
conservation and preservation of the state's artistic resources. Washington
State Arts Commission's Arts in Education Program opens doors to all
Washington's youth by emphasizing the arts as elemental to basic education and
introducing individuals to their own creativity
