Welcome! This is a picture of me in a cave in Portugal - a place I visited on my sabbatical.
I was in Portugal when September 11th happened, stranded in Lisbon about to fly
across the ocean to Newark airport. We were the first flight into Newark
when the flights started again. I also traveled through Oaxaca, Mexico. I
loved the people and had many wonderful experiences. Therefore, it is with
much love and gratefulness that I work in this wonderful profession at
this super college. Each and every one of you make my job a wonder!
I am a Certified Life Coach - coach of wellness,
fitness, and overall life vitality...and have coached swim teams... My
passions are vitality, the outdoors, water and good oxygen, my family, animals,
beauty, joy and freedom. I am helping others become Personal
Trainers also..
